The U.S Transportation Security Administration is advancing face biometrics checks for members of its PreCheck program in partnership with airlines.

About Facial Recognition Technology (TSA)

Delta Air Lines

Delta Digital ID is being piloted at Atlanta (ATL), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX) and New York (LGA and JFK).

Eligible passengers don’t need boarding passes.

United Airlines

If you are flying by United Airlines, TSA PreCheck Touchless ID holders can take advantage at select airports.

Bag drop shortcut at O’Hare International in Chicago. At Chicago (ORD) and Los Angeles (LAX) no boarding pass needed at security checkpoint.
