Hawaiian Airlines is joining Alaska Air Group – this is a breaking news story.
Alaska Air Group, the managing body of Alaska Airlines and regional airline Horizon Air, has acquired Hawaiian Airlines.
The acquisition was announced on localcareglobalreach.com after leaks by tweeter Ross Feinstein and Airliners.net.
The deal is reported to be worth $1.9 billion, while reporting in Bloomberg suggests that the deal will include around $900 million of Hawaiian Airlines’ debt.
